Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup salsa, your choice hot, medium or milde
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, your choice ( use more or less your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together, place in a lightly oil sprayed oven proof dish

  • Step 2: Place in pre-heated 375f oven for 25 minutes or until heated right through
