Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon hot Asian-style chili sauce (or as you desire)
  • 3 cups thinly sliced Chinese cabbage (sui choy)
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 24 halved and blanched snow peas (see my note)
  • 3 to 4 green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts washed then dryed
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together the first 6 ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, gently toss to coat and serve immediately. Add salt and pepper. NOTE; To blanch the snow peas, plunge into boiling water for 30 seconds. Cool in cold water and drain well.
