Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F; combine the first 6 ingredients in medium bowl.
Step 2: Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 3: Combine sweet potatoes and cream; stir into crumb mixture just until moistened.
Step 4: Turn onto lightly floured board and knead gently 8-10 times.
Step 5: Pat or roll out to 1/2" thickness; cut with a floured 2 1/2" biscuit cutter.
Step 6: Place 1" apart on either a greased or parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8: Meanwhile in small bowl, beat the butter, honey and cinnamon until well blended; serve with warm biscuits
