  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup milk substitute (rice, almond, coconut etc)
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 teaspoons GF vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour an 8x8-inch cake pan.

  • Step 2: Mix together dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  • Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick. (Bake 20-25 minutes for cupcakes)
