  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place basil, garlic, pepper in food processor; process until garlic is in wee bits.

  • Step 2: Add butter, lemon juice and process until all is combined.

  • Step 3: I like to wrap my butter in a log in plastic wrap, but you can store it in a container and refrigerate until firm.
