Step 1: In a small (6 to 8-inch) nonstick pan, sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan to cover pan surface; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and firm. Invert over a small or medium heat-proof rounded ramekin and let cool (they will firm up when cooled).
Step 2: Repeat process with remaining Parmesan to create 6 small or 4 large baskets.
