Step 2: Add taco seasoning packets, water, salsa and corn. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Heat mixture until heated through, letting flavors blend.
Step 4: Transfer mixture to a lightly greased baking or casserole dish.
Step 5: Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Step 6: If you haven't already made the cornbread according to package directions, do that now.
Step 7: Spoon batter evenly over the top of the casserole. Try to even out with a spatula.
Step 8: Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 9: Serve with sour cream, jalapenos or your favorite taco garnishments. Enjoy!
