  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely minced lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • Peanut or vegetable oil, for meatballs
