Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (184 grams ) tuna (water-packed solid light or solid white tuna)
  • 1 celery stock, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 radish ( medium radish , chopped fine)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion ( sweet onion, chopped fine)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, (cubed or crumbled, your choice)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Lettuce leaves, (8 romaine, medium size, washed from the centre)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain the tuna and place in a medium bowl; add the other ingredients except the lettuce; mix well. Spoon the salad on the lettuce leaves in equal amounts. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving. If using as an appetizer, use the smallest lettuce leaves from the centre.

  • Step 2: Alternately: Butter 4 slices of bread, spread half of the tuna mix on each of 2 slices, place two folded lettuce leaves on top and place the other two bread slice on top, press down and slice sandwiches as you wish.
