Step 1: In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except ribs and white wine.
Step 2: Massage ribs with the spice rub and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 3: Place ribs in a roasting dish along with 1 cup white wine.
Step 4: Cover with aluminum foil and roast in a 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes.
Step 5: Flip and roast for another 20 minutes, adding the remaining white wine if necessary.
Step 6: Remove foil and roast for another 10 to 20 minutes until golden.
Step 7: Let cool slightly to allow juices to recede before cutting.
