Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground chili
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 pounds pork ribs
  • 1 to 2 cups white wine

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except ribs and white wine.

  • Step 2: Massage ribs with the spice rub and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Step 3: Place ribs in a roasting dish along with 1 cup white wine.

  • Step 4: Cover with aluminum foil and roast in a 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes.

  • Step 5: Flip and roast for another 20 minutes, adding the remaining white wine if necessary.

  • Step 6: Remove foil and roast for another 10 to 20 minutes until golden.

  • Step 7: Let cool slightly to allow juices to recede before cutting.
