Step 1: In a large skillet cook sausage slices in a little oil until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook about 3 minutes.
Step 2: Add drained stewed tomatoes, Pace Picante sauce, mushrooms, basil and oregano salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers; simmer 10-15 minutes more or until peppers are tender.
