  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Sift together flour and salt in a medium-sized bowl.

  • Step 3: Cream butter and gradually add in icing sugar and vanilla.

  • Step 4: Add chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute.

  • Step 5: Form dough into 1" balls ;place on cookie sheet and flatten in to 2" rounds with bottom of glass dipped in flour.

  • Step 6: Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until just browned on edges.
