Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • ?1 medium apple, unpeeled, small chop or grated
  • 1 (354 gram or 12.5 ounce) can chicken (in water)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 radish, thinly sliced
  • Pepper to taste (there is enough salt in the canned chicken)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, no fat type

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain the chicken well. Add to a large bowl and break apart, leaving it in bite sized chunks. Prepare the fruit and veggies; add to the chicken. Mix the pepper with the mayonnaise; carefully mix into the salad leaving the chicken in good size chunks. .

  • Step 2: Serve in a pretty bowl or on a bed of lettuce. Best refrigerated for an hour before serving.
