Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2: In large bowl, combine baking mix and cornmeal.
Step 3: Add green onions and cheese and mix.
Step 4: Stir in milk and egg until a soft dough forms.
Step 5: Lightly sprinkle surface with baking mix.
Step 6: Knead dough on surface until smooth, 1 minute.
Step 7: Roll out dough to 1" thick and cut into rounds or squares.
Step 8: Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 9: While biscuits are baking combine the butter, honey and thyme and set aside.
Step 10: You can either brush the hot biscuits with the honey butter or you can split the biscuits and spread the insides with the butter.
