Step 1: Beat eggs. Add milk and bread and let stand until bread absorbs liquid. Stir in onion, cheddar cheese, Lawry's seasoning salt, pepper and minced garlic. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place into a loaf pan. Cover with foil. Combine the topping ingredients; set aside.
Step 2: Bake the meatloaf covered (without the topping) at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. After the meatloaf has cooked for 40 minutes, remove from the oven drain all fat from pan, then spoon the topping over meatloaf. Return to the oven uncovered and continue cooking another 30-35 minutes.
