Step 1: Whisk together olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice to create marinade.
Step 2: Place lamb cubes in a resealable bag and then add marinade.
Step 3: Refrigerate for 8 hours.
Step 4: Chop and remove seeds and stems of bell peppers.
Step 5: Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Step 6: Chop onion into 1 inch pieces and alternate bell pepper pieces, lamb and onions on skewers.
Step 7: Grill for 4 minutes on one side, rotate and grill for 4 minutes more on other side or until desired done-ness.
