Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (fresh ground)
  • 2 pounds fresh lamb sirloin (cut into 1" cubes)
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 yellow onion

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice to create marinade.

  • Step 2: Place lamb cubes in a resealable bag and then add marinade.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for 8 hours.

  • Step 4: Chop and remove seeds and stems of bell peppers.

  • Step 5: Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  • Step 6: Chop onion into 1 inch pieces and alternate bell pepper pieces, lamb and onions on skewers.

  • Step 7: Grill for 4 minutes on one side, rotate and grill for 4 minutes more on other side or until desired done-ness.
