The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds turkey (cooked roasted leftovers, or turkey breast deli meat)
  • 24 ounces turkey gravy
  • 4 ounces bread slices (4 slices)
  • 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shred turkey meat into 1-2 inch pieces And set asside.

  • Step 2: In skillet warm up gravy until hot on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add turkey to gravy and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Toast bread to desired doneness.

  • Step 5: Place one piece of toast on four plates, divide the turkey gravy mixture in to four portions and place one portion on each piece of toast.

  • Step 6: Serve with mashed potatoes, stuffing or French fries.

  • Step 7: Divide cranberry sauce in quarters and place a piece on each plate.
