Step 1: Wash and trim Brussel sprouts; cut an X on the stem of the sprouts (this helps them to cook faster).
Step 2: Steam or boil sprouts until tender; being careful not to over cook.
Step 3: Place sprouts in small casserole dish and sprinkle 2 tbsp of the melted butter over sprouts and mix to coat.
Step 4: Combine parmesan cheese, dry bread crumbs, garlic powder, black pepper, seasoning salt and remaining melted butter; sprinkle mixture over cooked sprouts.
Step 5: Heat sprouts under broiler until crumb mixture is lightly browned.
