How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°. Start water to boil noodles. When boiling, add noodles and cook until ready. Do not overcook noodles.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile brown hamburger with onions, peppers and garlic. Add crushed fennel seeds after a few minutes of browning and continue to brown. Drain grease.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl place drained hamburger and add spaghetti sauces, oregano, sugar, basil, garlic powder, 3/4 of the pepperoni, and 1/2 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup cheddar. Mix well and set aside. (Be sure to separate the pepperoni when addding it.) Noodles should be done by now, drain the noodles and add to the spaghetti sauce mixture.

  • Step 4: Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top and decorate with the leftover pepperoni. (like the top of a pizza.)

  • Step 5: Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and cheese is just starting to brown.
