Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (use only low-sodium)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh minced gingerroot (or use 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning spice (or can use 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper)
