  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 sugar and melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of a 9" springform pan.

  • Step 2: Beat cream cheese, 3/4 sugar, cocoa and vanilla until light and fluffy.

  • Step 3: Add eggs and blend well.

  • Step 4: Pour into prepared crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until almost set.

  • Step 5: Remove from oven and cool. Cover and chill for several hours. Overnight is best.
