Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 sugar and melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of a 9" springform pan.
Step 2: Beat cream cheese, 3/4 sugar, cocoa and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add eggs and blend well.
Step 4: Pour into prepared crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until almost set.
Step 5: Remove from oven and cool. Cover and chill for several hours. Overnight is best.
