Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F. Cover a baking sheet with edges with foil; spray with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, onion, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Rinse and pat dry fish fillets (squeeze between paper towels if frozen and thawed to remove most of the water).

  • Step 4: Place fish fillets on prepared baking sheet; spread with Parmesan mixture, then sprinkle with lemon juice.

  • Step 5: Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
