Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F. Cover a baking sheet with edges with foil; spray with cooking spray.
Step 2: Combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, onion, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 3: Rinse and pat dry fish fillets (squeeze between paper towels if frozen and thawed to remove most of the water).
Step 4: Place fish fillets on prepared baking sheet; spread with Parmesan mixture, then sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 5: Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
