Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cereal, (your favourite crunchy type)
  • 1/2 small kiwe, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, (or berries of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (or chopped nuts ) optional
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Take a stemed glass or any short glass, drop 1/3 of the yogurt in the bottom of the glass; top with 1/3 of the cereal; 1/3 of the berries; a few of the seeds, if using; lay a slice of kiwe down the side of the glass. Repeat twice; but top with Greek yogurt with a berry on top and sprinkle with seeds or nuts if using.

  • Step 2: Refrigerate until serving, Enjoy the crunch !
