Step 1: Take a stemed glass or any short glass, drop 1/3 of the yogurt in the bottom of the glass; top with 1/3 of the cereal; 1/3 of the berries; a few of the seeds, if using; lay a slice of kiwe down the side of the glass. Repeat twice; but top with Greek yogurt with a berry on top and sprinkle with seeds or nuts if using.
Step 2: Refrigerate until serving, Enjoy the crunch !
