Step 1: In a saucepan, melt butter on low fire. Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute until onions are clear. Stir often.
Step 2: Add whole-kernel corn, and stir well. Cook corn until tender.
Step 3: Add cream-style corn, jalapeno, tomato, sugar, salt, cayenne, black pepper, and Worcestershire. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add whipping cream. Stir and simmer for 2 additional minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 5: Put one-fourth of the mixture in a food processor and puree. Return puree to the pot, and mix well. Serve.
