The ingredients are:
  • 1 large cucumber
  • Stuffing that you want to use to stuff the cucumbers with
  • Garnish (This recipe, I use pickled jalepeno's and bell pepper sliced very, very thin.)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel the cucumber. Cut off the ends.

  • Step 2: Slice the cucumber is 1 inch slices.

  • Step 3: With a melon baller or a spoon, carefully scoop the seeds from the middle of the cucumber, being careful not to go all the way through.

  • Step 4: Add in your "stuffing" and garnish with whatever you want to use.

  • Step 5: Arrange on a plate and serve as Hor D'oeuvres or appetizers. Very tasty! I like the hint on heat that the jalepeno's bring with the coolness of the cucumber.
