Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons icing sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine the flour and icing sugar.

  • Step 3: Cut in butter with a fork and mix well.

  • Step 4: Press mixture into an oven-proof 6 inch square pan or dish.

  • Step 5: Bake at 375 for 15 to 17 minutes until lightly brown.

  • Step 6: Spread jam evenly over baked crust.

  • Step 7: To make Filling: In a small bowl mix cream cheese and milk until smooth.

  • Step 8: Melt white chocolate chips on defrost setting in microwave at short 10 second burst, making sure to sitr between each interval.

  • Step 9: Note: Time it takes for chips to melt will depend on the strength of your microwave. Mine took less than 1 minute total.

  • Step 10: Add to cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.

  • Step 11: Drop cream cheese mixture by teaspoons evenly over jam, spread carefully and refrigerate.

  • Step 12: Note: My layers got swirled together in this process.

  • Step 13: To make Chocolate Drizzle: Melt chocolate chips and butter together till smooth and drizzle over the bars.

  • Step 14: Store in refrigerator and cut into bars when ready to eat.
