Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound rotini noodles, cooked and cooled
  • 1 bunch of red grapes. halved
  • 1 broccoli crown, cut into bite size pieces with stems cut off
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayo (I use miracle whip lite)
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare noodles, and while they are boiling, cut up all vegetables and fruit.

  • Step 2: Run noodles under cold water when they are cooked and drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

  • Step 3: Chill for atleast an hour and serve chilled.
