  • 16 large eggs (lightly beaten)

  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese ( I like aged)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Parsley, for garnish

How to Make
