Step 1: In a bowl, combine the tuna, Swiss cheese, green onion and celery. In a small bowl combine sour cream and mayonnaise (if you like more creamier use more mayonnaise and sour cream); pour over tuna mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Divide the mixture over four slices of bread; top with remaining bread. Butter the outsides of sandwiches.
Step 3: On a large skillet over medium heat, toast sandwiches for 4-5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
