Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 large raw oysters (or 12 small oysters, shucked and cleaned)
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika
  • 3 tablespoons minced yellow onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons panko crumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put your cleaned oysters into lightly oil sprayed 6 seated muffin tin. If the oysters are small two to a muffin tin if large one in each

  • Step 2: Mix together the garlic, parsley, paprika and onion

  • Step 3: Season the oysters with salt & pepper, distribute the garlic mixture evenly to the 6 cups

  • Step 4: Mix together the cheese and crumbs, top up the oysters with the crumb mixture

  • Step 5: Bake in 375f oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crumbs are crispy golden and the oysters are cooked
