Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, making sure to mix thoroughly (you may have to use your hands).
Step 2: Divide dough in half, place on waxed paper and shape into rolls about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 325F; grease baking sheets.
Step 4: Slice dough into thin rounds (1/4 inch thick maximum), place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5: Leave on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
