Step 1: Combine sea salt, baking soda and Epsom salts in a bowl; blend well. Store in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Step 2: For each bath, use 1/4 cup bath salts plus 1-2 tablespoons glycerin (more for dry skin, less for oily skin), plus any essential oils you might desire.
Step 3: Make sure to keep the glycerin and essential oils stored separately until use.
