The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 20 ounces tilapia fish filets (four fillets about 5 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preaheat oven to 425 degrees F. Set oven rack to lowest position. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish.

  • Step 3: Place fillets on a baking sheet, then spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over fillets.

  • Step 4: In a small bowl combine the bread crumbs with garlic powder and cayenne pepper, butter and remaining 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over fillets. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
