  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
