Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, cleaned, gills and stem removed and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds and membrane removed, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1.5 ounces aged cheddar cheese, grated or your favorite cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375f

  • Step 2: Place the cleaned mushroom caps in an oven proof dish, inside of cap facing up ready to be stuffed

  • Step 3: Mix remaining ingredients (except cheese) together and distribute between the two caps

  • Step 4: Top with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and they are heated through
