Step 1: Salad ... It does take a bit of time to chop everything, but once that is done; just add everything to a bowl and toss to combine. Then, I like to refrigerate the salad 30 minutes before serving to blend all the flavors. Note: I love to roast my own chicken breasts (bone in) for this, but a rotisserie chicken or any leftovers work just fine. You the method that works best for you.
Step 2: Sandwich ... Add the salad and lettuce to your favorite bread and ENJOY! As I said, I love croissants, but I love Hawaiian or egg bread too; it adds a nice sweetness. You can also toast your bread if you prefer.
