  • 2 pounds white potatoes (new potatoes)
  • Hot sauce (2 actifry spoons Frank's RedHot Sauce, plus more for drizzling)
  • Melted butter (1 actifry spoon melted butter)
  • Garlic powder (a good sprinkle)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Clean potatoes well and pat dry.

  • Step 2: Cut in half lenghtwise then place the flat side down and slice into 1/4 inch slices.

  • Step 3: Toss into actifry.

  • Step 4: Drizzle with hot sauce and butter.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste

  • Step 6: Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until nice and crispy

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 8: Drizzle a bit more hot sauce over the cooked chips if desired and serve.
