Step 1: Clean potatoes well and pat dry.
Step 2: Cut in half lenghtwise then place the flat side down and slice into 1/4 inch slices.
Step 3: Toss into actifry.
Step 4: Drizzle with hot sauce and butter.
Step 5: Sprinkle with garlic powder to taste
Step 6: Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until nice and crispy
Step 7: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8: Drizzle a bit more hot sauce over the cooked chips if desired and serve.
