Step 1: Prepare all vegetables (turnips - cilantro) and place them in a bowl. The original poster suggests to use a mandolin for the cabbage but I would use a food processor for all the vegetables.
Step 2: In a cup or bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients (olive oil - poppy seeds) along with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Step 3: Pour dressing over vegetables and toss . Taste as you may need more acidity by adding more lemon juice, vinegar or salt.
Step 4: Can be served immediately or refrigerated covered for one hour.
