Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Sprinkle rimmed baking sheet with flour.
Step 3: In a bowl whisk together the first 4 ingredients (flour - salt).
Step 4: In the bowl of an electric mixer beat the oil and sugar together and then bet in eggs, one at a time, and finally the liqueur. Add the flour mixture and beat until blended.
Step 5: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surfaced and the gather dough tougher into a bowl and divide in half.
Step 6: Shape each half into a 9 1/2 inch log (3 inches wide) -- you may need to add more flour if dough is sticky. Transfer logs to prepared baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 35 minutes or unit log tops are golden and tester inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on sheet for 15 minutes.
Step 8: Using a serrated knife, cut logs on a slight diagonal into 3/4 inch wide slices. Transfer cookies to racks and let cool.
