  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces cooked pork loin, chopped
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced, undrained (1 can)
  • Garnish
  • 12 ounces cooked white rice
  • 12 ounces chow mein noodles, heated
  • 3 green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain bean sprouts juice into pot with celery and onions.

  • Step 2: Add butter and cook until just tender. They said 30 minutes, I would just cook until juice evaporates.

  • Step 3: Add rest of ingredients and cook until tight. They simmered everything together from the start.

  • Step 4: Season to taste.

  • Step 5: Soy sauce to taste.

  • Step 6: Serve with side of rice and over hot chow mein noodles.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle on green onions.
