Step 1: Drain bean sprouts juice into pot with celery and onions.
Step 2: Add butter and cook until just tender. They said 30 minutes, I would just cook until juice evaporates.
Step 3: Add rest of ingredients and cook until tight. They simmered everything together from the start.
Step 4: Season to taste.
Step 5: Soy sauce to taste.
Step 6: Serve with side of rice and over hot chow mein noodles.
Step 7: Sprinkle on green onions.
