Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 ounce Ranch dressing mix, dry (1 package)
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed, dried
  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons celery seed salt
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, light
  • 22 ounces oyster crackers (2 packages)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 250-degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients and whisk to mix all ingredients.

  • Step 3: Add the oyster crackers and toss and stir well to coat all the crackers. With a plastic spatula, make sure to stir picking up from the bottom to get all the ingredients evenly distributed.

  • Step 4: Pour crackers onto a large rimmed baking sheet and spread into an even layer.

  • Step 5: Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Turn and over crackers about half way through the baking time.

  • Step 6: Remove from the oven and mix again with a spatula. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before eating.

  • Step 7: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. However, they are tastier when eaten shortly after they bake.
