Step 1: Preheat oven to 250-degrees F.
Step 2: In a large bowl whisk together first 7 ingredients and whisk to mix all ingredients.
Step 3: Add the oyster crackers and toss and stir well to coat all the crackers. With a plastic spatula, make sure to stir picking up from the bottom to get all the ingredients evenly distributed.
Step 4: Pour crackers onto a large rimmed baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
Step 5: Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Turn and over crackers about half way through the baking time.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and mix again with a spatula. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before eating.
Step 7: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. However, they are tastier when eaten shortly after they bake.
