How to Make

  • Step 1: In medium saucepan, fry bacon until crisp, and remove.

  • Step 2: Add butter and stir onion in bacon dripping until tender, season lightly.

  • Step 4: Heat through, stirring occasionally, season to taste.

  • Step 5: Crumble bacon; sprinkle over soup.
