Step 1: Mash the banana and almond butter together.
Step 2: Whisk in eggs.
Step 3: Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Add spoonfuls of batter. Let cook until bubbles form on outside edges, flip and cook reverse side.
Step 4: Transfer to plate or baking sheet, cover with foil and put into oven to keep warm.
Step 5: Cook remaining batter in the same way.
Step 6: Serve with honey and some extra apple slices.
