Step 1: Heat oil in a deep skillet with cover.
Step 2: Add onions and sauté until starting to soften; add garlic and sauté for another minute.
Step 3: Add rice and sauté until starting to turn golden.
Step 4: Add cumin, chopped tomatoes and broth.
Step 5: Bring to boil, reduce heat and cover.
Step 6: When all liquid is absorbed, fluff with fork, sprinkle on a bit of cilantro and serve.
