Step 5: Generously coat a 9-inch, deep-dish pie plate with butter and pour the mixture into the pie plate.
Step 6: Place the pie plate on a baking sheet and bake for 60 to 65 minutes until golden and the middle springs back up when touched.
Step 7: Allow to cool completely, then keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
