Step 1: Heat oil and brown onions, season lightly.

Step 3: Cook down adding water as needed.
Step 4: Meanwhile, brown flour and oil and season to taste.
Step 5: Add caraway seeds at end.
Step 6: When potatoes are done, add browned flour mixture.
Step 7: Cook until thickened, adding water if needed.
