Step 1: Cook pudding according to package (with the egg yolks).
Step 2: Make jello as directed but before refrigerating mix pudding and jello together and pour into a 9x13 pan and refrigerate until until set (about 3 hours).
Step 3: For frosting: mix together sugar, egg, flour, butter and pineapple juice together in a pot and cook until thick.
Step 4: Cool completely.
Step 5: Whip cream and fold into pineapple mixture and spread on top of jello.
Step 6: Top with mandarin oranges.
