Step 1: Preheat the oven to 500ºF. Place a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet in the oven while it preheats.
Step 2: Place the dough in a microwave safe bowl; microwave on high for 30 seconds or until it is room temperature. Roll the dough into a 14 x 10 inch rectangle on a large piece of lightly floured parchment paper. Pierce the dough liberally with a fork.
Step 3: Carefully place the dough and parchment paper on the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake at 500ºF for 5 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned.
Step 4: Combine the yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Top evenly with tomatoes, onion, chicken, and mozzarella. Bake at 500º for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Place the arugula and oil in a bowl; toss to coat. Sprinkle the arugula mixture, blue cheese, bacon, avocado, and pepper over the pizza. Cut into 8 slices.
