Step 3: Boil potatoes until they are tender about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Add pimento, make a roux of butter and flour.
Step 5: Add to hot milk stirring until thickened.
Step 6: Add mixture to soup.
Step 7: Add fish stirring until combined.
Step 8: Season to taste, add paprika last.
