How to Make

  • Step 1: It just said to beat the egg yolks and milk which was more like 1/2 and 1/2, I think.

  • Step 2: No sugar, but I think you whisked this over double boiler.

  • Step 3: Add vanilla and brandy after thickened, and then floated the egg whites on top sprinkled with cinnamon on top.
